Toyota Joined The Fight Against Hunger This Holiday Season With Toyota Tundra Food Drive

A convoy of a dozen Toyota Tundra pick-up trucks delivered 7000 pounds of food to Philabundance’s South Philadelphia warehouse on December 19, 2007. The trucks were filled the non-perishable the food that was collected during a month-long food drive organized by the Tri-State Toyota Dealers of Greater Philadelphia, South Jersey, Lehigh Valley and northern Delaware. Running from the week of November 24 through December 19, all who walk through the Toyota dealership doors were encouraged to participate in the holiday food collection. The food was generously donated by Toyota customers and staff at area dealerships. Their efforts resulted in food on the table for families in need during the holiday season.
